Man those are some nice ones, Tom. Yer making me hurt here. Might have to drag out the old little jon and hope I don't go overboard.
I should have said buckets full. Bite was really soft, but managed to snag a few nice ones yesterday. Not too bad for an old man. Water temp varied 63-70 degrees. Fish were relating to structure 8 to 16 feet. I was in my Jon boat and didn't get out of West Sandy.
A few fish still heavy with eggs, but most gone. I got a bunch of skinny fish and released them. I caught good fishes. Used only 2 poles, 1 jig and 1 Ky rig. This kept me busy. Been getting some spider rigging lessons from Crappiehunter, but I ain't too sure about it yet. I didn't get to try out my new Fish Taco.
Maybe get a chance to use it this weekend.
I am gonna try some power trolling this summer. This is all new to me folks.
Life is good.

I too want to start trolling/spider riggin for specks. I'm an old bank beater/brush buster from wayback and need to use different techniques for catching deep water specks. I'm debating on PerottiBilt or Driftmaster rod holders, haven't made up my mind, but am leaning towards Driftmaster 250. Tight Lines

That's what I call the Mother Load....WTG Tom.....You just proved that all a man needs is 2 poles and a jon boat.
