    It sure wrecks our fishing ,but it will give fishing a boost in the long haul. There should be a mega spawn and lots of food for young fish in all that flood water. Last time this happened in 1990 we had a bumper crop of fry in the lake. The proof will be in 2 to 3 years from now.

    I found the second picture amusing. Do you really think the area and road is "Temporarily Closed"? I guess the Corp knew they had to put the sign and baracade up to cover their hiney.
    When I was a boy in the 60's, Lake o The pines in Texas flooded like this. My Grand father and I caught hundred's of bream out of a recreational area similar to this one. I can remember him always looking for the picnick tables because "the fish needed a place to eat too".
