    And, if I'm not mistaken ... Bob #1 IS Bob Glen !! So I'm thinking he's looking for someone else, that used this picture in a post ... without permission.

    Doesn't matter if it was... unless it's copyrighted it isn't against the law to use others pics in cases like this. Dishonest yes, but illegal no.

    All pictures are technically copyrighted regardless of whether they have a watermark on them or not.

    That being said, I could never understand why people put pics out there on the internet if they are afraid of someone downloading them and using it without their permission. It's a 2 second process (hapilly brought to you by Bill Gates) and most people have no idea that they are breaking the law when they do it.

    Nobody knows what Bob's intentions are. He may be asking for permission to use it himself.
