    I don't know about that, but I would like to see how a well a mono weedguard works, like some folks tie on flies. May have to send some packs out to testers. I don't get to fish enough to test out everything I want to.

    I put the split ring through the jig eye. I attach the whole thing to the line with a palomar knot. It does not affect the action of the jig. The jig remains parallel.

    seems the only time it may work to me is when pulling it through some weeds but good theory

    keep us informed on just how well it works

    the mono guards work great on my uncles big deer hair poppers
