I have a 40hp Mariner tiller on my jon boat that I would sell. I'm wanting to go down to a 25hp to be able to duck hunt in WMA's here in Arkansas. They have a max. hp of 25 in these areas. I'm not sure exactly what year the motor is. I have kept it serviced (impeller, lower unit oil, etc...) every year, just changed the water pump. It is probably an early 90's model. Works great. I don't know how I would ship it if you were interested.

The guy did not answer the phone on tuesday! I fished yesterday and lef tmy cell at home, got home last night and called and he said he sold it to his brother-in-law. Go figure? I hate it took me so long and its my fault its gone. I feel like it would have been a good one. Hard to find one in the 90's for a good price. I would still be interested in yours if you wanted to sell it outright. We would just have to get right ona price!

Looks like I need to hold on to my 25 for a while until I can find a 40. I had no idea finding a good used one would be as hard as it's been. Anyways, thanks for your time and effort.

Does this mean you aren't interested in my Mariner 40hp? How much do you want for your Yamaha 25 hp?
