Home made Jigs vs Store bought Jigs??

Why limit yourself to just jigs? Crappiedays spoons are outstanding baits. Need proof?

For me, the thrill is fooling those Crappies on something I created with my own hands. I'll take homemade any day because then I know the quality is there and not something just cranked out in a machine. Yeah, I like my jigs and they work for me and others.

I have bought jigs from some of the guys in the forum and some have replied to you in this thread. They make exellent jigs and are easy to work with. give them a try,you won't be sorry.

I'm new to crappie fishing and I'm trying to get my tackle built up. I see that a few members make their own jigs. Are Home made better then Store jigs?? Do they catch more fish?

I myself would choose hair. I love working with it. To me it has a better profile in the water than hackle. And marabou, you can buy them anywhere.

Those are my thoughts exactly.
