    Default Thanks Fatboy.

Thanks again, You wouldn't believe the amount of locals that won't even try to catch crappies this time of year. Chris

Joe, Astatula rings a bell, but not quiet sure where it is? I was at Deltona. Waterfront, the only place to live.

    Default Astatula

    Well, Canepole
Astatula is in Lake County and is located between Tavares and Clermont.
It is across Little Lake Harris from Howie-In-The-Hills.
From my boat dock I can go into Little Lake Harris, Eustis, Lake Dora. Lake Beauclair, Carlton, down Haines Creek to Lake Griffin and you could run the Oklahawa River to the St. John's, But that would be too far to go by boat. When I go to the St. John's I usually go with a friend and trailer his boat. We usually fish the water from 46 bridge to Lake Monroe or in Lake Beauford.
There is A lot of excellent Crappie fishing water in Central FL.
    Joe
