12' I like are Wally Marshall's at BPS. THe have nice backbone AND they have like 14 eyes.

I agree with Sac. The WM rods will work well for pulling fish out of brush. I have 3 of the universal rods and are stronger than any others that I have tried that are not designated as a trolling rod. They are heavier than the BnMs but have more backbone and a bunch of guides to help with sensitivity. CF

You know what I use Ozark rod company rods. It all comes down to what is the best fill for you.

I use the BnM BBUL12. They are as light as you can get. I fish Arkabutla lake in north Mississippi so that in itself tells you they hold big fish. The rods that sac uses are good heavey rods ( I have one ) but they get heavy if you vertical jig all day. The only thing I dont like about the BnM is the rod tip they put on them from the factory.When I buy a new one I replace it with a reinforced tip. The WM rods come with them from the factory.
