    Default Uniden Atlantis

I have a Uniden Atlantis that I use on the NC Coast - it works well there and I have talked to boats over 20 miles away - flat land no interference - plus you got plenty of coast guard and marinas that monitor the radio traffic - on the lakes it will depend on who is there to listen - I paid $89.00 for mine and would do it again tommorrow if needed - it is a good safty feature to have just in case
with my mind on crappie and crappie on my mind -
and if ya'll see Goober later tellem I said duh huh - he'll know what ya mean!!!!!!!!

Also if I fished everyday I would have a fixed mount with antenae - but as I still am working and a weekend warrior and lucky if I get 3 days a month to fish - the hand held works fine
