the cormorant I watched ketching the slab crappie had to do a VERY long run way flight take off ....
thought it would NOT get up at one point , but it finally got its air speed up enough to lift off .....
reminded me of a take off on a short lake in Alaska and a few other spots back when ....
almost hit trees a few times at the end of them run ways ....
so did that there big black coyote bird....
