It looked like a Six prong plug was wired in, and then a 6 pin to a 4 pin adapter plugged in.

I like to do both. And jeep Xj parts are dirt cheap, so fun wrenching for me. It’s fun to make stuff go.

used to take old trucks and cars and make them all nice again and run like rabbits , but them days are long gone , a to b is me and drive it like ya stole it

Very nice. I’m with you guys on the clutch. Drove ‘em for 35 years and haven’t looked back since I switched to automatic!

Had to give mine up when we had our first daughter. Wife couldn’t drive a manual and a two seater isn’t good for car seats…..lol. Now I have something much more to my liking and family friendly. Four door automatic transmission truck. Wife loves it…lol
