    I had a 6' Sam's Super Sensitive casting rod break in March. I called them out there on the lake, and although I did have to pay for the tip section of my rod which I had owned for probably 10 years, they had them in stock and got it out to me very quickly and the lady said that she helped me out with the shipping costs.

    BnM makes great rods and customer service is superb! GTT
