Texas Motor Speedway racing, is also this weekend. Some of the traffic could be because of it.

Saw my first Blue Angels airshow back in 1968 at MCAS El Toro. Saw many Practices in Ft Walton Beach in Fl. Never had a chance to see the Thunderbirds. Best of the best, and many hours of practicing the maneuvers for sure. Same aircraft the fighter pilots fly in combat. A bit of a paint job and slap on the armament and off to war. Glad it hasn't came to that yet.
