l still us the Mister Twister green and yellow electric filet knife. It get's hot after about seven fish so I have to let it cool abit but it cleans them just fine. I also still use the old wooden handle Rapala filet knife. Keep it sharp and it works as good as the day I bought it in 1988. I have never tried a cordless knife so I can't comment on those.
Same here on the green and yellow. I refuse to clean bluegill or shellcrackers with anything else. Ive just started giving up and letting it get hot and cook, it hasnt died yet. I normally whack sides off 20 or so, then let it cool aome while i use a fixed knife to remove ribs and skin. I cleaned 80 bluegill like this once, in 90deg temps with no air flow (in the shade thankfully). I'm not sure how they built these square tanks, but i ran it until it was almost too hot to touch and it just wont die.
