Bought my trolling motor from a guy who lives a stone throw away from Cedar Creek lake. I decided to bring the boat and hit the water since I was so close. Wind was blowing and the white caps were in full effect. Water looked like Starbucks coffee. I never took the boat off the trailer. Sometimes you admit defeat before even getting into the battle.

@Grainraiser.. Like an idiot when I saw the other 4 boats just loitering around at the ramp that morning with neither of them speaking to each other, just waiting I was like never mind them, they are perhaps waiting to fish a tournament or something. I saw 3 Boats on the lake ALL DAY & when I got back to the ramp I was the only Boat there Grainraiser! I then said "THEY MUST HAVE BEEN LOCALS AND SAID NOPE! WE AINT DOING THAT AGAIN. Catching a Limit Yesterday was a task. I was motivated by being able to come back to create a Post that had a bunch of Emoji's for Crappie.com

@Ketchn at noon I only had 3. I got to thinking about all the Emojis I could put in a message if I could just get 15. Then about 3pm I said just 10 more. I'm catching 25. That's it for me for the rest of the month. I'm on type & read mode because weather good. No more double digit wind for me.

shelter is me , if the wind is up , no matter the water conditions , I be looking for shelter , that said it isn't like I do not ketch in the wind and sometimes it seems to help lots , very smooth water is typically the worst case scenario .....
