Lucky 13
Today being the 13th of March was still a lucky day, unless you're a fish.I used a Takeum hair jig he calls the Ghost . Fishing mostly wood and artificial Crappie Condos. Saw a few roamers and was able to put a jig on them. Forecast almost had me staying home today. Nothing tried nothing gained. I got a bit worried as wind picked up and dark clouds moved in. But was a good fishing day. Caught 70 Crappie and kept a limit of good ones (30). Also 9 White Bass to add to the limit of Crappie. Met a local at local fast food joint , asked me for a mess of Crappie. On way back I called and had him meet up at the same restaurant. He was pleased to pick up his fish on my way through.
