used lots of equipment over the years is me and to be sure some of the no name stuff is good stuff ....
them red reels I get off amazon in the can't pronounce it logo are 13 ball bearings of super smooth balance and just flat out as good as the stuff that costs 4 to 6 times more with a well known name on it .....fact....

I’ve got several of the $19.98 shimano fx 2500 from Walmart that I use & they work great.

I have had success with Ozark Trail combos from WM for under 20.00. Problem is nothing they make is 10 foot.
