After over 40 years of fishing with BnM Poles I hate to say I'm done with them. Was looking for a tip for a 14' Diamond Series rod and no one anywhere has them. Contacted BnM and they gave me a item number to look up on their website. They had it and I added it to cart and went to check out and the shipping was 30 dollars on a 30-dollar tip. Well, I may could understand that price since it has to be in a tube and I needed a few more tips so I figured I'd add some more to reduce the shipping cost per item. Problem was every time I added a tip the shipping cost went up another 30 bucks. I contacted them and they said that the shipping cost was correct. I remember not too long ago you could contact them and tell them you had a broken tip and one would be in the mail the next day no questions ask. Mr. Wells needs to realize he is not the only game in town anymore when it comes to crappie rods like he was 20 years ago. But anyway, I have over 30 BNM Rods that will be sold and replaced with the competitions. Really hate that a Mississippi company that I have supported and purchased rods from for so long has turned into what they have.
