I've had nothing but good experiences with BnM. last summer the insert popped out of the tip eye on my sharpshooter. bought a tip at BPS bit it didn't fit well. Called BnM and ask how I can order an OEM tip eye. They said give us your address and we'll put one in the mail. Had it the next day.

Had a similar experience : I was given a FnF rod by BnM for fieldtesting. It arrived with a guide insert popped out and I was going to have a friend replace that whole guide for just a few $$. Before I got around to doing that, I told Jack Wells about the damage & what I intended to do. He said okay for that rod, but he'd send me another one anyway. I've been dealing with Jack/BnM for 20+yrs, and I've yet to be disappointed in the results.

Something has gone sideways if B&M is doing that now. I have had tips and sections shipped B4 , some for free and some $50 shipping included for a section, weird how that works. The rods have always been good

what is sideways is the cost to get anything from point a to point b , imagine a tiny envelope with a dozen jigs costing 10 bucks to go from ok to tex .....it is that stupid these days and for a business to stay in such a format requires them to pass along price increases ,,,,,just saying

Ketchn, look into USPS Ground advantage. Quite a bit cheaper than those $10 boxes and envelopes.

Glad to hear this is being worked out. Computers are supposed to make our lives better...we all know how that goes.

I have seven BnM rods and have had nothing but great success with them. Got a tip section for my Bream Buster from them 30+ years ago and was astoished how fast it showed up. I'm a fan & would buy more from them.

The resounding response to this thread says it all. Mr. Jack Wells and BnM rods is as American as it gets! i have never meet the man, or contacted customer service......but, i have owned and used BnM rods my entire life. Service is above product cost. If Crappie.com folks say it, I'm sold.
