Doin too much too quickly. Go to one board at a time and learn what you’re seeing. Start with regular sonar view. Turn on the fish symbols and learn what the symbols are representing. Then you’ll know what the down image is showing. Side imaging is a lot trickier. Start at forty feet. Images will be bigger and easier to see. Take your time and learn your equipment. You’ll get years of enjoyment from it.
