    Nice. I like the look of the Slider grubs and use them occasionally, but only rarely use them on the Slider jigheads. Is that what you were doing? Do you need them for weedless presentations (or around wood, etc.) or do you just prefer them? Have any issues with hook-up rates when the hook is rigged "Texas style"?

    Hey Brag! I usually throw them on a regular style jig head. I have used the Slider Weedless heads before. These fish were suspended schools so no need to rig weedless. One important thing about jig head selection is that the hook shank is long enough to come out of the body right before the tail. I was using a Monkey Milk color with the tail dipped in Chartreuse dye.

    I have used them and like them but miss rate is high. Feel thump and no hookup too 9ften and I have docks loaded w brush.

    Are you rigging them with the weedless Slider heads? If so, I bring the hook all the way out and back in. If possible I just use a regular ball jig head if not to much brush.
