Wanted to use this pic for profile picture. How do I rotate it?

How do I rotate this picture? Or is Crappie just too big??
Tried and tried but can’t get it upright. Orientation is correct before I upload……

Sometimes you have to reduce the image quality and size down dramatically to use them as avatars as well , fyi
