Les, where would you sell them. I too have too many molds (and lures for that matter) I'll never use.

I've sold & traded a few on tackleunderground & do-its forum. I figured if i do i'll post them here too. Actually i like trading for molds i don't have but since i pretty much just throw crappie magnets & my baby shad style baits anymore i don't really need them. I wouldn't care to trade for a small tube, joker or crappie thunder style mold & possibly a 2" grub mold

Thanks Slab. A bit of house cleaning was necessary before things escalated further. Life's too short.

Thanks for cleaning this up, Slab. I do not think the OP meant any harm. I feel like it was mistake of some sort. I don't post as much as most but I do lurk here often and enjoy this site immensely .

Whew, I’m late to the party! I’ve been fishing jigs and primarily minners for quite some time. But last year the jigs just started clicking for me. I guess better late than never.
I’m kinda stuck on the bgbs, mainly due to confidence but have been the recipient of some local hand Ty’s that I’m going to try this year, I think.

    bgbs
    ???

Try one thing and I guarantee it will catch fish:
Remove the tail from a Mr Twister 3" grub and rig the body on a 1/24 or 1/32 oz jig. Give it a bit of action with pauses once fish are found. It works as well as any lure I own. (Picture of it on my blog)

    Bobby garland baby shad
Excellent lure, but try this just for fun:
    1. cut off the fronts of two shads
    2. hold each over a flame for a few seconds
    3. join them together for a few seconds so they melt together
    4. wacky rig with the same size jigs/ #6 hook (hook the lure right in the middle).

It should look similar to these:
    Name: wack.jpg
Views: 114
Size: 16.3 KB Name: wack1.jpg
Views: 112
Size: 54.8 KBName: wacky.jpg

To see the action as it will appear under the water, twitch it up & down and watch the thin legs quiver. Another design fish attack like crazy!

Confidence baits get it done. We’re usually more patient when using them and we all know that changing the retrieve and slowing down helps sometimes. It could be the dumbest looking bait in the wrong color but if you know how to make it work that’s all that counts.
