That must be why a person told me he found fish 5-6' deep in 15' of water.....that's where the oxygen was. Good article. Thanks for posting.

In hot summer we have a 8' thermocline on our local lake. Basically dead water and fish go super shallow in 100 degree plus water . Some thought I was crazy fishing so shallow in the heat. Fish will move where they can get the oxygen they need .
