I literally just purchased Active Target and haven't even gotten it installed on the boat. What I find interesting is that the percentage of fishing boats WITH forward-facing sonar on our lake near my seasonal winter/spring home is VERY high, whereas the number of fishing boats with forward-facing sonar near my primary home in northern Pennsylvania (I do most of my fishing in upstate New York) is still pretty low I think. I'm actually shocked how many boats have it down here in the south. I've talked with lots of people who are fairly casual anglers and who acknowledge that they're not great or very successful anglers, yet they still pony up for the forward-facing sonar.

Pass the "Sportsman Baton" on before you're gone, promote values for others to hunt and fish upon.
Done. Foot note, I personally like the original PS-22TR Panoptix transducer over Livescope for fishing. I do not snipe with my units, just used to measure distance and direction to targeted structure.
