    Water pipes froze here this morning. Temps below zero. Left water running and pipes still froze. Nothing broken and thawed out within 30 minutes. No skeeters, snakes, or ticks though

    Global warming might be causing these extreme weather events. Don't know what kind of post hole diggers you have in Texas but an axe would probably work better.
