You will get better at it as you go . Had it three times along with all shots / boosters . Two brothers have had nothing and guess what ? had no issues with covid .

Same experience here. Everyone I know that's had it multiple times all have had every single shot. The people I know that have never had COVID or known they've had it have had no shots or at most the first shot and first booster.

Brenda and I are doing better. We home tested today. Both positive. These government free covid kits are past extended expiration date, dunno? The kits were expired when we received them few month back.

Ditch the Gatorade and go to an Electrolyte water instead, much better for you then all those CARBS (and cheaper). And if you are using G2 there is all of the artificial sweeteners.
