Me too, but I tried the trout in 3lb and it was a very nice line. All that said, I was a huge fan of Stren Crappie. That was a nice line.

I haven't tried the Varivas line yet, but am willing to, and give my honest opinion of it.

Worth testing it out at least one time, might be my next go to line.

Read Varivas great reviews online. I need to try it.

It's not the numbers or the size, it's the time spent on the water!

I usually crappie fish with 8 lb Seaguar Red label for the last several years. It seems to have went down in quality to me in the last two-three years. I have more problems with it and am ready to move on to something else. May give the Varivas a try.

I use 8 lb with some 6 lb and l love a good casting fishing line for casting lighter weight jigs and not breaking them off when I l get hung up in the brush.

I am willing to give Varivas Line a try. I haven't gotten any yet, but sure willing to give it a whirl. 8 lb is about as heavy as I fish.

As us fishermen know, we can never have too much new equipment (lines, lures, rods, reels) to experiment with!
