Try Walleye fishing you learn to keep your rod tip down and slip fish over the the transom and never get the net out unless it is a true Hog. I am amazed how many anglers keep binoculars in their boat.

I can only assume they saw something or recognize my rig because as I moved to block their prying eyes with the trolling motor they would move to keep eyes on me. I left and went to another oxbow. After fishing there a bit I cranked up to run out kinda quickly. A sight to behold was this same boat was right in the curve of the oxbow watching me again. They must have had to crank up and run to follow me quickly as my boat is quite a bit faster and they were close when I quit. Somebody is going to have to come up with a ball cap with Rear View Mirrors so I can keep up with the Stalkers lurkin' behind me.
Happens to lots of us . Here they many times will pull right in with you . I was fishing a bluff bank and a boat motored right in on me . Guy kinda jokingly said I did not see you in that camo boat . Dropped his trolling motor and went to fishing 2 boat lengths in front in the direction I was moving . Can't do nothing but just go around and continue on .
Several years ago back when we still used marker buoys at boat pulled in on us and dropped anchor on our marker buoy. Pulled in to pick up our buoy that was banging their boat and were told ''it ain't bothering us ''. I would have said more but my fishing buddy said it aint worth it lets just move on.

He even figured out a way to quickly break the spine on a crappie so It wouldn’t flop in his ice chest.

Always add water to your ice chest. It keeps the fish from flopping around after the initial shock from the ice water. It also makes the fish flat and straight when it dies and stiffens for much easier fish cleaning.

My late brother-in-law was a DEA agent and NARC before he retired. All my life I knew him he always preached one thing to me, "It's always best to have just one side of a story".

It's the same trees I showed you so you would have a place to pick off some Pigs. You & my brother are the only two people I turned on to that particular spot. It's dry all summer, doesn't start recruiting fish till the water gets cold. It's picked clean now as I sat there for a couple of hours just moving back and forth between them. I needed Slab fillets and that was the closest place other than the "Secret Place" I took you.

The Bass guys don't bother me except to blow by me on Ross Barnett. The locals here wouldn't take that behavior and it was "Culture Shock" for me when I started fishing the Rez to see how poorly Anglers behavior is on public Lakes & Reservoirs.

They don’t give much respect to kayakers either. Zoom zoom, I own the lake is their motto.
