The 21st Annual Grizzly Jig Spring Tackle Show is scheduled for February 1-4, 2024. It’s one of the most popular spring tackle shows in America. The event features multiple discounts on fishing related products and springtime sales on numerous products throughout the store; in addition to seminars by professional anglers and fishing guides.


Anglers headed to the Grizzly Jig Company Tackle Show will be overwhelmed by sales, seminars and the newly renovated 133,000 square foot facility that was opened last year before the show. “The store started back in 1999 with Dad,” Wade Mansfield with Grizzly Jig Company continued, “The Grizzly Jig Spring Tackle Show came about right after Dad (Louie Mansfield) and his fishing partner weighed in the heaviest stringer in a sanctioned event. This gave them the opportunity to promote the store and their accomplishment. Also Ronnie Caps and Steve Coleman with B’n’M Poles were coming to the events along with outdoor writer Tim Huffman who promoted and wrote numerous crappie articles; in addition to Mr. Crappie coming to the events.”


Wade noted that the Grizzly Jig Company Tackle Show continues to grow every year. “Amazing how just through word of mouth the show continued to grow,” Wade continued, “Now we have social media to promote the event.”


“The show is more like a family reunion with some of the same families coming every year,” Wade went on, “They come to see the new products, but really the biggest draw is meeting and visiting with all the pros and fishing guides; in addition to factory representatives. It’s amazing to see how far some of the anglers come to go to the show.”


This year like past years Grizzly Jig Company Tackle Show will be having seminars by pros and guides almost every hour. A complete list will be available closer to the time of the show, but you can bet most of the best anglers and guides along with factory representatives will be doing a seminar.



“We have everything an angler needs to go fishing from fishing poles, reels, hooks, weights, fishing line, clothing, depth finders, mounts for marine electronics, seat pedestals, boat seats, life jackets, lures, tackle boxes, minnow buckets, lure making products and more,” Wade went on, “Name brand products like B’n’M Poles, crappie Magnet, Bandit, Bobby Garland, Do-It Molds, Grizzly Jig, Leland’s Lures, Mr. Crappie, TTI Blakemore, Crappie Magnet, Offshore Tackle and more.”


Deals, deals, deals! The Grizzly Jig Company Tackle Show has numerous show only sales happening at the show. Most of these deals/sales are in person only and the only time they are on sale for those prices.


“Drawing for fishing trips and products like depth finders, trolling motors and more are happening during the show,” said Wade.
One drawing will be for the Sore Lip’Em All Crappie Getaway. Sponsored by B’n’M Poles, Crappie Magnet and Cornfield Fishing Gear the winner wins a guided fishing trip and more while staying at the famous Les Smith Crappie Compound in Como, Mississippi.
