closed on the new place Friday , man did it go well , heck our finished price with deed in hand
was ONLY 253.77 over what we offered , don't get much better
never closed on anything of value with a total that low in my entire life ....
not sure about the math they did was me , but to be very sure the outcome was pleasant
expected to drop about an additional $1250 or so on the closing costs .....
heck to top it off my property taxes on our house went down $1000 as well ....
not sure on that math either , but boy howdy are we stepping in some sweet stuff here lately

about 8,000 greenbacks worth of fence and roof repairs before it becomes something along that lines is my guess ....

a slippery slope is not my friend ,,,,,,,just saying ,,,,,
bought went for a swim at one spot a month ago , it was just that close I tell ya ....
the tips of my toes hit the water as my hand grabbed a big rock as I went by it on my way to the creek butterfly stroke competition .....
