Great news!! Keep up the good work (teamwork). Thoughts and prayers continue nonetheless.
Thank you all so much for the prayers. Ms. Joyce is doing very well on the physical part. She don't always listen, but doing better. She's getting up without help, and even doing some walking unassisted, even though I'm not far just incase. Lord is blessing her with no mishaps, so far. Missed physical therapy yesterday as just before we were going to leave she had some stomach issues and started talking to Ralph. Called and tried to reschedule, but they said no can do, so we'll go to the next appt tomorrow afternoon. The good part she's getting up and down unassisted, and some walking unassisted, even though she's been advised to at least use her cane...

Thanks for the update. Sounds like she is doing pretty well. Just take it easy and be there for her so she doesn’t push it to far. Continued prayers

Good to hear of the improvements. I know it’s aggravating to have to have help all the time, and it sounds like she’s ready to get back to being herself. God is good!

Yes she's doing better. Much better. Not 100%, but getting there. Still complaining of pain, and not sleeping more than a couple hours at a time. I think this bitter cold has some to do with the cold. Will see as we have warmer days coming up in the next few days. Still doing Physical therapy twice a week, and the exercises at home, even though I get the evil eye when I inquire about them, and how they are going... Pretty much what's been going on here. Can't fish here right now, as I don't ice fish and the lakes are frozen over. Been having sub zero weather getting into the -20's (feel like temps) at night and upto mean air temp of maybe 4 degree's in the day....

Thanks for the update, Eric. Saying a prayer for you both. Sounds like Joyce is mending.

Update...Ms Joyce is doing better. Still has pain in the knee, and I don't think this extreme cold weather is helping much. Can't stress to her enough to stay with the home physical therapy. Seems to think going to physical therapy, (when we can get there in the weather we been having), is what the Dr ordered and that's enough. I know it's not and I'll end up paying for her not doing it...not funny. Getting used to doing everything as it is now. Lakes frozen over, and can't go fish, so it keeps me busy in this weather...just wish she wouldn't give up like she is. But, we'll see how this turns out.
She has a rather large lypolma on her other leg they're going to take out sometime next month, but that should be in and out, someday surgery. Stitches out 10-13 days, so I'm hoping by no later than April I can get my knee done. Praying it's soon, as it's not getting any better, and I'm not even gonna say what it feels like in the single digit mean air Temps with the wind chill in the sub 0 range. Can't stay out of the cold when chores have you in and out the house...just sayin'.
