I’ve seen several pics where guys have used the bicycle holders for the livescope pole. Haven’t heard anything bad about using one.
I recently lost a Livescope and when researching replacement parts, I came across this when I googled "Livescope mount"-
It is made to hold bicycles, but it looks like it would do a good job holding a livescope pole. Probably stronger than a RAM mount, and only $36 delivered - Amazon.com
Have any of you used one of these, or something similar?
The only negative I see from the pics is that it's made of steel, not aluminum, but it looks very solid.
I might order one, just to see how it works

I have a bench top bicycle repair stand off of Amazon that works great. Mine is a lot shorter than yours though.
"Works great" sounds good to me. Thanks for sharing your actual experience.
There are a bunch of different ones. I ordered one slightly different than the one pictured above, as it had a better-looking clamp system. Like the one above, it telescopes up, if desired, but I doubt that I would use it in the tall configuration. Probably stronger when kept short.
Looking forward to getting it tomorrow to see how it works in my configuration. If it works well, I might buy a 2nd one, so I have a base in each boat, since I move the Livescope from boat to boat. Lately, we've been taking the big center console, as it's easier to fish out of when the kids are all there.

I looked it up & mine's a Venzo bench mount bicycle repair stand from amazon. I also made my livescope pole out of pvc.
Let us know how this works out for you?
Which one did you go with as l have been thinking of raising my LS unit up also?

It's not the numbers or the size, it's the time spent on the water!Quailtail LIKED above post
My brother and I both use these. Remove the caps and shorten the poles. Also, you can move the pieces around and make it smaller and more compact.
I made a mount to hold the head unit that folds down when i move & i swivel my pole back & around & lay it where the rod strap is on the drivers side of the deck. Works great.
