The aboriginal people of Australia have traditionally used tea tree oil as an antiseptic (germ killer) and an herbal medicine. Today, external use of tea tree oil is promoted for various conditions such as acne, athlete's foot, lice, nail fungus, cuts, mite infection at the base of the eyelids, and insect bites.

I’m a big sweet feller (grin) and those bee’s and mosquitoe’s love me so I keep it on hand for that it takes away the sting quickly ! And I apply it to the rim of my have quite a bit because we have a lot of knats on our lake that pester the heck out of ya ! And they stay at bay when the tea tree oil is applied !
