I have never dealt with them but what seems to be your problem? Is the repair taking too long. Have you heard back from them with confusing information?

I shipped it 28 days ago. They recieved it 3 days later. Called them yesterday only to find out it will be another 2 weeks before they call for me to authorize payment for diagnostics, parts and labor.

I quit buying Pflueger reels. I had bad experiences with the reels and customer service. If you get one of the spinning reels wet it locks up. Had several do it. I called customer service and was honest that the reels dipped in the water (Not in the water 10 seconds) their answer was $50 plus parts to fix. I have a bunch of Chinese reels I bought off Ebay for $8-10 and they are 10 years old now, not one problem.

The only people you can talk to are remote. They are nice enough but they give you the opion that they will get to it when they want and they will charge you whatever they want to fix it. The reel was 150$ and it lasted 7 fishing trips before it started grinding.

That's my main 2 go to Brands. A Sportsman's Warehouse opened in Slidell and they ran sales on Pflueger spinning reels all the time so I bought the Presidents for casting jigs with Nano Line. Jigs worked wet, line worked wet, Pflueger spinning reels No work when wet. Shimano ARB Reels are the toughest I have bought also the longest lasting.
I’ve had good luck with my Presidents, including a freshwater dunk. I washed it throughly and lubed/oiled and it was OK.
