Wink DO YOU COVER ENOUGH WATER TO ACTUALLY CRAPPIE LIMIT???

I covered over 35+ Miles of water to catch those 21 Crappie on Tawakoni & still didn't see enough fish to say I found the Crappie after the Cold Front, Tons of water we got last week, & the Fall Transition. However, of the 5 of us who went:
1 Knows Tawakoni & has LiveScope caught 8
2 Know Tawakoni & have LiveScope in 2 separate boats both caught 12 each
1 Knows Tawakoni without electronics caught 6
    &
I DON'T Know Tawakoni & have LiveScope caught 21 but covered over 38 Miles of the lake to do it. Keep thinking catching Limits are easy. I still didn't Limit by 4.

I may be figuring out why I don't locate fish every trip. That's a lot of boat miles.

Terry you can see me fish, I don't move much but fish stay airborne when I'm near. I have one spot so close to the ramp I never get off idle. Boats run by me while I'm acting like I'm swatting knats, digging for something to eat, or just looking Goofy. Sometimes I wonder if they are saying to themselves "that's got to be the worst fisherman I have ever seen". I just grin under the cap, they have no idea what's in my cooler. Crappie are everywhere..................

Wow 38+ miles of water. You sure you were not bass fishing !!!! That's what those guys do spend more time driving than fishing.

@Gone Fishin & I'm not telling anyone to do what I did. I'm just showing you all what it took for me to catch the 21 I caught 11-1-23 vs the going home with 6, 8, or 12 like the other 4 boaters did. It's by no means what I wanted to do @Gone Fishin it's what I needed to do if I was going to catch fish that day in a manner that was in line with how I wanted to catch them.

@ Bama TRUST ME!!!!!!!! I GET YOU ON THIS ONE. That ride home knowing I didn't come close to meeting my set out goal would have lasted a lot longer than that 38 miles internally to me though. You made me laugh with this one @ Bama.

@Rojoguio I no doubt believe & understand this. In your situation though you already have spots on a lake you know. I'm on a Lake I don't know & trying to produce fish by sundown the best way I can, in the sport of fishing how I enjoy catching them. Time isn't on my side so I have to get it Brother.

Crazy part my last to trips at Tawakoni that people don't understand is I've spent virtually the whole day trying to find fish & in the last 2 hours of the day before sunset is when I've crammed in 20+ fish. . Rojoguio most of the day I'm in a panic whether I'm going to CATCH 7.
