1 Knows Tawakoni without electronics caught 6

I DON'T Know Tawakoni & have LiveScope caught 21 but covered over 38 Miles of the lake to do it. Keep thinking catching Limits are easy. I still didn't Limit by 4.

I went on a trip to a small lake that has more crappie in it than water not long ago ,we know that lake better than the local otter population and to be VERY sure it was as bad as it gets , there were fish all over the spots we hit and we hit 12 or more locations in 3 hours and between 3 of us we never ketched a single crappie and only 2 fish made it to the boat and they were drum I ketched , one fella never EVEN got a bite and the other only one bite ....
AND all 3 of us are better than average at ketchn crappie most of the time ....
now mind you this about that , the lake went up 5 feet and the water was 56 and very muddy and according to the my bud the barometer was at some kind of record high and......
the sun was in my eyes TOO .....just saying
in the end there are just some days when it ain't meant to be and I even tried to ketch some off the best dock there before the boat got there and never got EVEN a peck either .....go figure
p.s. there is a pretty good chance if we had LS we might have been more able to ketch a few ( IF WE COULD STAY STILL ) and to be very sure the trolling motor was all kinds of stupid and needs something bad , possibly a software update or put in the trash , not holding still in those conditions will make it a long trip for sure in a quick minute ....

The area I fish is about one mile by 2 miles. I rarely fish more than 4 hours per trip. 12 to 15 is a good trip ,
limits of 25 come often. This past weekend , 15 on friday in 4 hours , 11 on Saturday in 2 hours.

    Your mileage may vary

uh I cover about 10 feet one way then another on most docks to ketch a limit. works for me. course that's just me walking not with having to launch a boat or buy lot of expensive gas for it. Or electronics or anything but my pole and jig. but there are somedays I have to walk to next set o docs, then another or two but will hunt till I find the bigger ones.
