we get some gave to us off the game ranches when they hunt them , the guides there filet the breasts off and vacuum seal them with the leg bands in the bag ....

Mom had a good Pheasant recipe , do a quick brown with flour , salt , pepper , then put in a pyrex baking dish,
cover pheasant with condensed milk, bake covered in the oven at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
