    Just an update. Went back a couple days ago and the wind wouldn’t let me fish that area. Fished the protected shorelines with jig and bobber, three foot deep and had another good day. Mostly white skinny ones this time. Hope to get back out in a couple days and try again.

    I have taken my leaf blower to the golf course a few times in the fall but never thought about it for fishing!

    Leaves , duck weed drifts, down in the middle of a tree tops. That’s how I grew up fishing.

    Leaves are a really good way to identify pockets of calm water or the holy grail of current....backwards flow
