Life can be such a challenge at times. Praying in Jesus name to make your pain more bearable and for your knee to hold up while you take care of Ms. Joyce. Praying for Ms Joyce to knock that A1C down and to have a successful knee replacement. God bless you both. I was able to get my A1C down from 10.3 to 6.2. Mostly cut back on sugar. I still eat white rice once a week or so. I am having trouble with sweet cravings lately. I started OZEMPIC a few months back and have not loss weight , but having a hard time not eating sugar. So I suggest don't go that route. Seeing Dr. tuesday about getting off OZEMPIC . I would think my A1C has gone up.

Roger Raglin has a weight control system that is low carb. Pretty strict to start but very effective in lowering a1c. Good luck. My wife is having hip replacement done next month. Arthritis gets a lot of us, eh?
