Crankbait temperatures

Well, I am hooked up the boat with intentions of going in the morning. We will see if it really happens, a lot of false starts, things coming up with me lately. I’m in the mood to spider rig minnows, but hate trying to source them, especially after being out of the loop for a few years. So cranks it is.
And maybe a little fooling about with mega live IF I get a suitable mess of fish in the box and still have time/gumption to do it. It’s hard to quit whats worked well enough to keep me eating fish for years.

Well, about 2:00, I went through a big ball of bait and rods started bending.
Had 8 out, ended up with fish on 6.
By the time rodeo was over, had a 15 inch crappie, a throwback, king gou, and 3 cats. That just whupped me. Sat there gasping with fish flopping in the floor. So much for the clean boat.
About then my Mom text and ask where I am, Dad is having a bit of an angry dementia flare up, hallucinating and demanding his truck keys. But rushed home and all cool now. Fish on ice to clean tomorrow. Beer time.
