Thanks again for the info. I've been staring at Google Earth, Navionics, & Google Maps at the arms that come out by the dam which I'm not going to unless I have that Boat Lanes Chip to navigate safely & the weather is right. These area's that I have never been to have my attention.Name: Screenshot 2023-10-23 212859.jpg

Size: 89.2 KB don't tell me anything let me figure it out but if I can get the wind under 12mph I'm about to start fishing T-Wok. I was home in 40 minutes vs 1 1/2 to 2 hour 1 way drives.

I have never fished the eastside of Tawakoni other than the around the two mile bridge. It's been awhile since fished the westside but I do remember there is shallow point right before you go into Mustang Cove. It's right outside of the campground at the State park. Been some year since I have been up that way so it may be marked now. The other one is a sandbar on the east side of the lake. It is about halfway between Cloud Point and the Two mile bridge. When the winter hits those crappie will go up two creeks on Crappie. One is Duck Creek which is located in the back of Duck Cove which is about midlake on the westside of the lake. The other is way up on the northern end called Cowleech Fork. You have to watch the lake levels before trying to get up in them because of the mouth of both of them can be really shallow. I have had to lift my motor and pole myself in a few times. I have seen a few boats get stranded at the mouth of Duck Creek a few times but it is well worth it during the winter because those fish are just stacked in those creeks chasing shad.

Superior info to know..... Thanks a Truly Ton. I've not been to any of the areas you mentioned but should have my Boat Lanes chip this week so I can gauge the lake better using it at a guide not a law. T-Wok being 45 minutes from me & me finding fish from 4ish - 6ish limiting in 2 hours or less after finding them with some really think back Crappie has me wanting to LEARN IT. I appreciate the info Grainraiser.

Ketchn when I get back on it you better believe I'm going to be marking these Sand Bars you all are talking about. I want ZERO PART OF THAT ESPECIALLY ON T-WOK!

My last trip I wasted the majority of my time from 12:30 - 3pmish in here & the Crappie were NAWT up in there.. I had to find them elsewhere North of the 2 Mile Bridge. But when I did around 4pmish I was able to get busy to pound out that Texuzz Limit.
