I have not heard of any bobcats in my area but we did have a few coyotes that enjoyed snacking on folks pet. One night I heard a disturbance and outside to see what was going on. Peep over the fence and saw a coyote trotting off with my neighbors pet. I couldn't save the pet but my 17wmr made sure he never got to enjoy his meal.

they are totally predator machines on squirrels , they for sure got it going on and have attitude sometimes as well , had one not like my buddy one time and try to get in the blind with him , had its ears laid back and hair up and we are pretty sure it was going to be a NOT so friendly encounter before it decided to move on .....
