I hate to hear this. I corresponded with him several times and his baits are long lasting and work good. Condolences sent.
For those of you that may have used his baits and or went on one of his guided trips offshore , inshore or hunting , it is with a heavy heart I bring this news to all of you .
Lane passed away unexpectedly yesterday . Lane ran constant pursuit outfitters bait company and FW fishing adventures , he guided locally with several other well known guides in our area as well .
He was good friends with most if not all of the North Texas crappie chasing folks and the news has hit hard , Jerry Hancock and multiple other names in the industry either fished with or worked with Lane over the years .
Lane did seminars and family hunts and ketch trips all over Texas and his offshore stuff in the summer was just about the bomb too ....
He will be greatly missed by many and it saddens me to bring this news to the forum .
My condolences to everyone involved and to say the least it makes me very sad , he was a nice guy in world of not so nice people .

Lane was a good dude and a fighting frog TCU alumni. He was really a humble guy who was willing to share any information regarding the outdoors. RIP Mr. Palmer.
Sorry to hear this. It sounds like he was a good guy. Condolences to his family and friends.
Oh no! Very sad. Only met him once but he seemed like a good guy. I believe he has a young family too. Prayers up for them!
