Default Titanium vs super carbon tip

I thought the super carbon tips at 0.6 mm at tip top was thin, until
I compared it to a titanium tip which is very sensitive.

Have you compared the flex in the tip? How much do you think the sensitivity increases?

50% increase, the feel is very springy, like the rec recoil titanium guides that pop back into place.

when I replace rod tips I use a real small one that is metal of some sort (stainless i think) with a bronze insert , not sure if it increases sensitivity , but to be sure it lasts forever compared to the ceramic ones .......

That’s small. I’m probably too heavy handed for that small. I really give my Fenwick builds what for.
