Lightbulb Does Anyone Have The All Aboard Marine "ALL SYNC for ULTREX"?

Hey.. I'm thinking of buying this product and who is better to ask then people who have the product that can tell you the Pro's & Con's at Just a moment... . Does anyone have this product? You can Click Complete All Sync 2.0 System for Minnkota Ultrex Some Questions:

    * Is it accurate with it Not Being Actually on the Trolling Motor?
    * Does the Handle handle rough water without coming out?
    * Do you have a problem with your chain gears rusting with the weather conditions changing being in water getting wet so it rusts?
    * Is it only beneficial when Spot Lock or is it HUNT DOWN PROVEN?
    * Is it easy transition to lock or sync it "ON THE WATER" with the waves at the Bow?
    * Is the depth variable with higher winds so the transducer isn't bobbing in & out of the water?

    Thoughts???

It works fine on his boat
I dont like the handle an lock an sync for my boat because of distance to trolling motor an front of my deck
Im pretty sure the depth is adjustable on it
Like i said his boat it works great mine i dont think it would

I do not have the unit in question but did start with an All Aboard Mount for my Fortrex so this is just my opinion for what it's worth on mounting transducer not on TM shaft.
    (My Opinion = Not Much)

Nothing and I mean nothing will work with spot lock, not sure how it could. The TM is constantly moving to keep you in a general area.

If your good with your TM not sure why the extra pole is necessary, I did not like mine and it did not last long. Just to much going on, now I would think target lock could come in handy and I can see some advancements coming in our future.

This I do know and maybe you guys have seen different. I have never seen One Guide or One Pro with the transducer on anything other than the TM shaft so I assume there's a reason. Maybe some do but in my experience they are all more than good enough with boat and TM control it's not necessary.

Again just my humble opinion! Singed Livescope Transducer one TM Shaft!

Sinkum. Thanks for chiming in this is still more foresight for me then what I had. The guy that sells them is preparing for some type of Fishing Tournament in Mississippi and will be back in the office on Monday 10-23-23. I will more than likely order it then.

In regards to you saying "I dont like the handle an lock an sync for my boat because of distance to trolling motor an front of my deck". This is why I had the independent pole mounted on the right side of the Bow. On my Skeeter I'm sacrificing 4 Feet from trolling motor to set. So my 15ft Rod is 11ft. My 13ft rod is 9ft. My 12ft rod is 8ft. My 10ft rod is 6ft. It drove me nutz. But with it on the side of the bow I had my full reach. Sooooooo... Each has it's Pro's & Con's but for 3 years of having LiveScope I never had it on the Trolling Motor it was on independent Poles & I was Tx Limiting Crappie in a 21 Foot Fish & Ski Boat playing my Jazz.

Thanks for throwing out something for me consider.

Hey Keeffffffffffff. I take your in mind & love the feed back. Thanks.

Well, I had my Livescope on an independent pole for nearly 3 years until realizing that I needed to be able to Snipe Crappie also. That is what provoked me to change. I agree too much going on trying to Snipe Crappie on a pole "BUT IT CAN BE DONE. I USE TO DO IT". Not fun though Keef...

If your good with your TM not sure why the extra pole is necessary, I did not like mine and it did not last long. Just to much going on
Well there are times I can do things that guys with it on the Trolling Motor are not going to be able to do. For instance, High Winds. I'm spot locked next to my fish keeping it in the strike zone. While people on the Trolling Motor may be fighting the line from the wind wrapping around the eyes of their long rod. Pro not a Con. However, on the Trolling Motor is faster fishing. I realized that & had to admit to that fact October 2022 no matter how many Tx Crappie Limits I was catching. It was a BOAT control beating though. So I said it's time I learn the Trolling Motor route & in 3-5 months I was off to the races. But I live in Tx & said why settle? Everything is bigger & better supposingly here. So why am I sacrificing Trolling Motor or Independent Pole? GIVE ME BOTH OF THOSE SON OF A GUNS & PUT THEM ON THE BOAT. So I have 2 LiveScopes on my Bass Boat & still run the independent pole on my Fish & Ski boat.

This I do know and maybe you guys have seen different. I have never seen One Guide or One Pro with the transducer on anything other than the TM shaft so I assume there's a reason. Maybe some do but in my experience they are all more than good enough with boat and TM control it's not necessary.
Well grab your seat cushion, put on your glasses & get close to your Computer Monitor. If you have a FaceBook Account (I DON'T ) Dur iz uh yung Feller named "Jacky Wiggins" who owns "Jacky Wiggins Guide Service" which mainly fishes "LAKE FORK" in Texas. Jacky Wiggins will forget about more Tx Crappie Limits he has caught daily than possibly you & I combined will ever catch. Jacky fishes/or use to fish off an Independent Pole with his LiveScope Transducer & makes a living at Fishing. Here you go so you no longer have virgin eyes to the matter click Lake Fork Spring Crappie - YouTube any Feller that makes a living at fishing doing it year round is 100% a Fisherman to me so your hypothesis is broken with this joyful conversation we are sharing.

*Conclusion* I love your 2 cents Keefer.. I say that with Zero Sarcasm. On the Trolling Motor has Pro's & Con's & on The Independent Pole has it's Pro's & Con's. THAT'S WHY I HAVE BOTH SO I DON'T SETTLE I JUST SLING IN SLABS!!! Now the real doozie........ The "WHY" to all this even being brought up that nobody has asked? If I get this product I'm thinking.. I WON'T NEED 2 LIVESCOPES ANYMORE. I WILL ONLY NEED 1 ON THE BOAT THAT DOES EVERYTHING...... YEAHHHHHHHH... THIS COULD BE A BANGER!!!!!!!!! I'LL PAY THE MONEY TO FIND OUT.

Hey Buckeye. I'm not interested in that. I don't want multiple foot controls going on. In 11mph+ Winds Boat Control is it's on fishing contest inside the fishing adversity to me. I thank you for the suggestion though. Seriously.
