They have been my go to color of choice. For one reason. They work. It may not be the best color that I could be using, but it produces consistently enough that it is a safe bet for me. (Disclaimer) I believe that the blue back with the silver belly looks more natural. Just like real bait fish are darker on the back and lighter on the belly. The real reason for putting the box together was to group sizes and profiles together in that color. As I have noticed on fish that have slowed down on a particular dock turn on again with a size or profile change. Getting the size and profile close to what they are naturally feeding on certainly does seem to help me. I fish some pretty muddy water at times. Plus I am fishing deep in the shade of docks.
