not sure ,but to be sure in the local river if you spray it on a jig , you will likely hook a big bass the first cast , so it seems fish like it to me ?

If my nibble comes off, I consider that a wasted cast and reel back in and rebait. Just my 2 cents. Scott

I’ve had the same experience here in Pennsylvania. I’ve tried it numerous times on the 3 lakes I regularly fish but can’t get the fish to respond. Anybody up north having better results with the sauces than I am? Nibbles are great but not for people who worry more about keeping their boat clean than catching lots of fish. I don’t leave home without them.

I use white and chartreuse as they are hot colors for baits. I don’t think color matters so much as the scent does.

Chartreuse & pink for me. I've tried the white ones but not had as good a luck with them than i did the other two. I really liked the old red/brown looking slab bites but evidently they quit making them. Caught more with them then the berkleys but none to be found now of course.

glo white in my truck and pocket and tackle areas , chart ones if I can't find white , pink are last and the glitter ones are just the white version with glitter and not any different after 2 seconds in the water ,,,,,just saying
rarely drop a jig without one , if it is totally on fire sure , but that is the rarest of episodes in most cases ....
it does seem to me though that dead of winter fish don't care for them near as much as the rest of the year ....
it is likely due to crawfish being somewhat dormant that time of year and that shrimp smell don't fit the feed program , maybe ?

That’s a great idea! Should work really well.

Slab sauce will last a while. No need to spray it every cast...I apply about every 10 to 15 cast.
