Like mentioned before some running 3 TMs, now two livescopes a handful of other electronics I mean when do you have time to fish? I struggle with one remote and looking at one screen. And yeah, I don't finding bending over to touch a screen a big chore to change zoom or other settings.

Not trying to belittle the thread and I get it. You won't get what the old system is worth selling 2nd hand and probably don't need the money. I think the Transducer pole next to driver's seat is best idea. You can use it as a scanning tool. Best of luck and be interesting to hear your thoughts when you get it all setup.

Being retire I find plenty of time to fish as I spend 6-8 hours on the water each time I go out.

When I went fishing with a guy that has the 34 unit I found it to be fair superior to the 32 unit I had. As the Garmin tech stated, I could sell the 32 system for the $500 difference in price but I hate to accept $500, given what I initially paid for it. So I started thinking about keeping it as a second unit.

I know a guy who has 3 trolling motors but he uses them in place of the outboard engine. He said that when his outboard stopped working he found it cheaper to buy the extra trolling motors than to repair or replace the outboard. And since he actually fishes instead of running up and down the lake at high speed to go to different spots, the trolling motors take him to the area he fishes without any problems.

Any day I'm fishing is a good day, regardless of what I catch.

I'm leaning toward this solution but I will need to see if I can mount the transducer pole there. I may need to mount it on the back of pontoon and mount the display unit at the console.

Don't blame you one bit, I put two and two together and understand 100%. I don't sell nothing either really, especially if I can utilize it. Stuff is to costly to eat the depreciation every couple years. I actually think the scanning tool is a great idea using LVS 32 from the console. I know I've seen several topics on people considering lithium batteries just to get more run time cause they we're running down TM batteries down on high speed using trolling motor to scan with livescope. I'm afraid I'm not proficient enough with original 32 to even consider the 34 yet.
