That is the same monster disease that hit me and put me in the hospital and almost took my life. Thankfully I was strong enough to fight through it and am now healing at home with a long way to go. I feel for you Gill and have you in my prayers, prayers are strong medicine and I know it's what pulled me through.

Godspeed your recovery. Pneumonia don’t play. Had it bad back in about 08 or so and my resistance still hasn’t recovered. I went 5 1/2 weeks and came back slowly afterwards. You’re in my prayers brother, I know something about convalescence too. It ain’t for sissy’s and it sure ain’t no fun. Sorry about your gear going away. My canoe left about 5 years ago for about the same reason. I just wasn’t comfortable in it anymore. I’ve come to feel that we’re all dealt a different hand, some better than others. I’m pretty happy to still be breathing myself. Shoot us an update now and then, I’d sure like to hear how you’re doing.
